Habang nasa kasarapan ng pagtatrabahot paglalaro ang mga oditor kamakailan sa ika sampung palapag ng isang gusali ng sgv, biglang nagulantang ang lahat nang dumating ang mga nakakatakot na demolisyon team. Kanya kanyang tago ng gamit ang mga nahuling magulo ang lugar. “Akala ko lindol, nagulat talaga ako! Tumakbo ako dala ko laptop ko!” ani Matt (isa sa mga biktima). “Huwag po!” ang huling salitang nasabi ni Joie. “Hindi ko sukat akalain na ganito sila kabilis” pahabol niya.
Walang nasaktan pero maraming nawalan sa operasyon na ito. “Hindi kami titigil hangang malinis ang ating lugar” anonsiyo ni Grace (ang team leader ng demolisyon team).

Good afternoon.
Today, our fellow clustermates, our way of life, our very freedom came under attack in a series of deliberate and deadly terrorist acts. The victims were in their areas; batchmates, lower batch and higher batch; friends and other clusters. Hundreds, or probably, thousands of working papers were suddenly ended by evil, despicable acts of terror.
The pictures of piles of working papers collapsing, have filled us with disbelief, terrible sadness, and a quiet, unyielding anger. These acts of massive terror were intended to frighten our clustermates into chaos and retreat. But they have failed; our cluster is strong.
A great auditor has been moved to defend a great cluster. Terrorist attacks can shake the foundations of our tallest piles of working paper, but they cannot touch the foundation of the cluster. These acts shred papers, but they cannot shred the papers of the cluster’s resolve.
The cluster was targeted for attack because we’re the brightest beacon for freedom and opportunity in the building. And no one will keep that light from shining (yeah that’s right, follow the light).
Today, our cluster saw evil, the very worst of human nature. And we responded with the best of the cluster — with the daring of our clustermates, with the caring for other clusters and friends who came to give help in any way they could.
Our cluster and our friends and other clusters join with all those who want peace and security in the MC2, and we stand together to win the war against terrorism. Today, I ask for your prayers for all those who grieve, for the auditors whose working papers have been shattered, for all whose sense of safety and security has been threatened. And I pray they will be comforted by a power greater than any of us, spoken through the ages in Psalm 23: “Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I fear no evil, for You are with me.”
